About me

I want small businesses to work like big companies.

I’m Alexandra Albarracín, from Venezuela. I work from Santiago, Chile, with technical service companies: electrical, HVAC, solar energy, plumbing, remodeling and construction.

Why I do this

Big companies are not big by luck. They are big because everything is organized.

Their data is clean and tells them what works, so they make better decisions. Most small businesses work the other way around: with messy, incomplete data that nobody checks, and decisions made by instinct. That is what I want to change.

My path was not the traditional one. The doors to formal employment closed for me, so instead of waiting I decided to learn and build my own projects: my own store, websites for people I know and systems for the businesses I work with. Each project taught me more, and thanks to artificial intelligence I can now take on more projects and do them better.

That’s why I work with small businesses: the electrician who works out of a van, the HVAC company with three technicians, the builder that still lives on referrals. I want them to stop depending on luck and have something of their own: a website, a presence on Google and data that tells them what works. All in their name.

I’m learning English, and this version of the site is part of that. I work in Spanish; written messages in English are welcome.

I can’t control everything that happens to me. I can control what I build. That is what I do with every business I work with.

How I got here

  1. Ecuador

    Selling door to door

I left Venezuela and arrived in Ecuador. My first job was selling watches door to door.

  2. 2020

    My first online sales

During the pandemic I started selling on Facebook Marketplace and Mercado Libre. I was one of the few people who could get by selling online.

  3. 2022

    Marketplaces in Chile

That experience brought me to Chile, to manage Mercado Libre for a sales company. Then came Falabella, Ripley, Paris and Linio. There I understood the cost of depending on a marketplace: the fees, the returns and a brand that doesn’t exist outside the platform.

  4. Next

    SEO and owned websites

So I studied SEO in depth: building websites and ranking them, so a brand can have its own channel. I started with WordPress and page builders. With the arrival of AI I moved to custom-coded PHP websites and to applications for each business’s internal processes.

  5. Portfolio

My own projects, to learn for real

I built AR MEN, my accessories store; my store on Mercado Libre, with a dashboard that measures the real profit of each sale; and the website for Pinta Caritas, for someone I know.

  6. 2025 – 2026

Horma Electricidad, my first major client

I handled all the marketing for an electrical installation company, plus quotes and client follow-up. It was 8 months of work; in the last 3, CLP 14 million in jobs were closed and CLP 31 million in quotes were still open.

When I started I didn’t know what a TE1 certificate (Chile’s electrical installation declaration) or a power upgrade was. Today I can walk into a job site and tell which points are new, which are being rewired and what changes in the electrical panel.

  7. August 2026

    Horma Grup, new website

The new website started with everything we had learned: knowledge of the market, mistakes already made, known bottlenecks and the redirects from the old website to the new one. That’s why it moved forward in 2 months as much as the old one did in 8. It is not one person’s merit: it is the result of building on what we learned.

  8. Today

One method, four projects from zero

I apply the same method to projects in different industries, documented from day one. Each project leaves something the next one doesn’t have to learn again.

  9. What’s next

    Horma Hogar, furniture e-commerce

An online store for living room furniture. The website is already live; next comes ranking it and tracking every inquiry, with the same method.

What I do

  • Websites, Google presence and Google Business Profile.
  • Tracking of every inquiry, checked against what really arrived.
  • Following the path all the way to the quote and the contract.
  • Documentation of everything that is done.

What I don’t do

  • Sell apps as a standalone product: when I build one, it is part of solving a specific business problem.
  • Project management, payments, accounting or IT security.
  • Guarantee sales: I commit to the work and to showing the data as it is.
