Marketing for technical service companies, measured all the way to the contract.

I build or improve your Google presence and your website to attract inquiries for the jobs you want to do. Then I follow each inquiry until I know if it became a quote and a contract. This way you can see if the problem is the marketing or the sales follow-up, and you decide with data from your own business.

I work remotely from Santiago, Chile.

Situations I work with

  • Inquiries arrive, but you don’t know where from

People message you on WhatsApp or call you, and you can’t say how many came from Google, from referrals or from ads, or how many turned into a job.

  • The inquiries are not the ones you want

The website gets visits, but the messages are about small jobs, outside your area or for services you don’t offer.

  • You paid for ads and don’t know if they worked

There is spending on Google or Meta and reports with clicks, but no clear link to accepted quotes.

  • Quotes don’t come back

You send proposals and many get no answer. You don’t know if the problem is the price, the response time or who makes the decision.

From the first click to the contract

When contracts are missing, the cause can be at any stage. If few inquiries arrive, it is a marketing job. If inquiries arrive but don’t move forward, the problem is usually response time, the quote or who decides. My job is to show you which stage it is, with data from your business.

  1. 01 Search Google, maps and AI assistants
  2. 02 Visit Your website and Google profile
  3. 03 Inquiry WhatsApp, call or form
  4. 04 Quote Site visit and proposal
  5. 05 Contract The job is approved
End-to-end tracking: which inquiries arrive, where from and what happens to each one
The path of an inquiry in five stages. The first three (search, visit and inquiry) are marketing. The last two (quote and contract) are sales follow-up, done by the company. Tracking covers the whole path.

Three ways to work with me

You can start with the audit and decide later if you continue with implementation or ongoing support.

  1. 01

    Lead generation audit

I review how people find you today, which inquiries arrive and what happens to them. You get a report with the problems in order of priority, split into marketing and sales follow-up, and a 90-day plan.

  2. 02

    Implementation

I build or improve your website, your Google Business Profile and the tracking of every contact channel. Everything stays in your company’s name and is documented.

    What’s included
  3. 03

    Monthly support

I review the data every week, check each inquiry against what really arrived and adjust pages and content. Every improvement I suggest comes with its reason.

Main case study

Horma Electricidad, Santiago

An electrical installation company with a new website since August 2026. I built the website and the tracking, and I review the data every week: each inquiry is checked against what arrived on the company’s WhatsApp.

How I work

  • Your accounts, in your name

Domain, website, Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Business Profile stay in your company’s name. I work as an invited user.

  • Everything documented

What was done, where it is, how it is measured and what needs maintenance. A website needs updates; the documentation lets anyone do them.

  • Every change, with a hypothesis and a date

Before a change, we write down what we expect and when we will measure it. Then we check if it happened.

  • AI as a work tool

I use it to research, organize information and document. I check every number I give you against its source.

Why technical services

A technical service doesn’t sell like a store: the client asks on WhatsApp, requests a visit, gets a quote and sometimes takes weeks to decide. Working with Horma Electricidad, besides the digital side, I took part in quotes and client follow-up for electrical installations, HVAC and remodeling.

That’s why I work with industries where sales work like this: electrical, HVAC, solar energy, plumbing, remodeling and construction. My most documented case is electrical; the method is the same for all of them.

About me

Let’s talk about your company

In a first 30-minute call we look at how clients find you today, what you would like to improve and whether it makes sense to work together. If it doesn’t, I will tell you.
