How I work

The stages of the work, what stays in your company’s hands, how every change is documented and measured, and what I need from your team.

Stages

  1. First call

30 minutes by video call. You tell me how clients find you today, which jobs you want more of and what worries you. If I don’t see how I can help you, I will tell you.

  2. Written proposal

Scope, deliverables, what is not included, what I need from your company and the price. Nothing starts until it is approved.

  3. Audit

Demand, presence, competition, tracking and, with your permission, a sample of conversations and quotes. It ends with a report and a 90-day plan.

  4. Implementation

Website, Google Business Profile and tracking, in your company’s accounts. You see progress during the work and there is a handover session at the end.

  5. Ongoing support

Weekly data review, confirmation of every inquiry, adjustments and a monthly report with what was done, what we expected and what happened.

What stays in your company’s name

Everything is created in, or moved to, your company’s name. I access it as an invited user and, when we finish, you remove that access without losing anything.

I don’t build closed systems that only I can operate. The website uses WordPress, a platform that any professional can maintain.

  • Domain
  • Hosting
  • WordPress website
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Search Console
  • Google Business Profile
  • Ad accounts
  • Documentation

Every change, with a hypothesis and a date

Before changing a page or launching a campaign, we write down what we expect to happen, in which number and when it will be measured. When the date comes, we check.

This way you learn what works in your business instead of piling up changes without knowing which one helped.

Documentation and maintenance

  • 01

What was done and where it is. Every project is documented: what was built, where everything is and which decisions were made and why.

  • 02

What is measured and how. Each contact channel, which event records it and how it is checked against what really arrived.

  • 03

What needs attention. WordPress and its plugins get updates, and the domain and hosting get renewed. It is written down what to do and how often, so anyone you choose can do it.

Who does what

I take care of

  • Researching demand and competition.
  • Building or improving the website and the Google Business Profile.
  • Installing and checking the tracking.
  • Confirming each inquiry and recording its source.
  • Suggesting improvements with their reasons.
  • Documenting everything.

Your company takes care of

  • Answering inquiries and quoting.
  • Telling me what happened with each quote: accepted, lost and why.
  • Providing photos and information about real jobs.
  • Validating technical and regulatory content.
  • Approving and paying for ads directly, if they are used.
  • Making the final decisions.

How I use artificial intelligence

I use it to research searches and competitors, organize information, review conversations when you allow it, write drafts and document. It lets me work alone on projects that would otherwise need more people.

I don’t use it as an argument for quality. I check every number I give you against its source (Search Console, Google Analytics, your inquiry record), and decisions are made with data and with you. If client conversations are analyzed, we agree beforehand which information is used, and it is anonymized.

Tools I use

  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Business Profile
  • WordPress
  • Screaming Frog
  • DataForSEO
  • Power BI
  • Claude

I have also built internal tools to work better, like a website auditor and a case record. I use them in my projects; I don’t sell them as a service.

Let’s talk about your company

In a first 30-minute call we look at how clients find you today, what you would like to improve and whether it makes sense to work together. If it doesn’t, I will tell you.
