AR MEN: my e-commerce lab
My own online store of steel accessories for men. It is not a client: I use it to test in a live environment what I later apply with clients.

What I built
- A WooCommerce store with a custom PHP theme, without page builders.
- A tracked purchase funnel in Google Analytics 4: view product, add to cart, start checkout and purchase.
- Google Merchant Center with all 20 products approved, and product structured data.
What we learned
-
01
Analytics is not the sales record
A real sale was not recorded in Google Analytics because of a plugin error. Since then, the source of truth for sales is the order system. With a technical service I apply the same rule: what counts is the record of contracts, not the analytics dashboard.

02
Visibility is not conversion
The store appears well for the size of its catalog, but sales are still few. That is the problem I am solving now: a wider catalog and product pages that convert.
Current status
The store is still in development. What I learn here about tracking and visibility in AI assistants, I apply in client projects.
